Terms and conditions

The owner refers to the proprietor of http://www.beriondesigns.co.za.  The site or web site refers to Berion Designs Counted Cross Stitch Designs. Purchaser refers to the customer or person who has paid for the pdf cross stitch designs purchased.

Cross stitch designs are sold in electronic (pdf) format only and as such the transfer of all sold goods will be via e-mail only unless agreed to in advance by the owners.  Kits and printed chart packs may be ordered on special request and are subject to availability. All sales will be considered final once money has been exchanged and no exchanges or refunds of purchased designs will be considered.

Berion Designs gives the purchaser implied permission to stitch-out purchased designs and resale rights are granted for stitched out goods only (created arts or goods using Berion Designs patterns).  Transfer and or copy of the electronic (pdf) cross stitch designs purchased from Berion Designs is strictly forbidden without written consent from the owner.
